Search for and View Group Trunk Groups

 

As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can search for and browse group trunk groups to manage. To view a group trunk group's information, click the group trunk group's name.

 

To search or browse for group trunk groups

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.
  2. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow (The Search arrow.) to open it.
  3. From the Search By dropdown list, select Group Trunk Group Name, or Group ID.
  4. From the Condition dropdown list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
  5. In search Value search field, enter a search term.
  6. Click Search.

To browse for group trunk groups, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon (Goto icon.) on the right.
