Assign or Unassign Group Trunk Groups to a Trunk Call Routing Scheme

 

 

As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can assign and unassign group trunk groups to and from trunk call routing schemes.

 

Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to edit a trunk call routing scheme.

To assign group trunk groups to a trunk call routing scheme

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Trunk Call Routing immediately below. The Trunk Call Routing List page appears.
  2. Click the name of the trunk call routing scheme you want to manage. The Trunk Call Routing Details page appears.
  3. Click the Assigned Group Trunk Group(s) tab. The Group Trunk Group page appears.
  4. At the bottom of the Group Trunk Group page, click Assign. An Assign Group Trunk Group window opens.
  5. Select the group trunk groups you want to assign to this trunk call routing scheme. To select all group trunk groups, check the box at the top of the Group Trunk Group list A checkbox.. For other actions, click the downward arrow and select Select Current Page, Select All Pages, or Clear Selection(s).
  6. Click Assign. A message confirms the group trunk groups have been assigned.

 

To unassign group trunk groups from a trunk call routing

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Trunk Call Routing immediately below. The Trunk Call Routing List page appears.
  2. Click the name of the trunk call routing scheme you want to manage. The Trunk Call Routing Details page appears.
  3. Click the Assigned Group Trunk Group(s) tab. The Group Trunk Group page appears.
  4. At the bottom of the Group Trunk Group page, click Unassign. An Unassign Group Trunk Group window opens.
  5. Select the group trunk groups you want to unassign from this trunk call routing scheme. To select all group trunk groups, check the box at the top of the Group Trunk Group list A checkbox.. For other actions, click the downward arrow and select Select Current Page, Select All Pages, or Clear Selection(s). Click Unassign. A message confirms that the group trunk groups have been unassigned.
