As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can add new authorization codes to a group, edit existing authorization codes, and delete authorization codes.

 

Add a New Authorization Code

 

You can add new authorization codes to any group.

 

To add a new authorization code to a group

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group List page appears.
  2. Click the group's name. The Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  4. In the Dial Restrictions tile, click Manage Authorization Codes. The Manage Authorization Codes page opens.
  5. Click The Add icon. Add Authorization Code(s). The Add Authorization Code(s) page appears.
  6. Under Code, enter a unique numeric code between 2 and 14 digits.
  7. Under Description, enter a description for your authorization code.
  8. Click Save.
  • To add more authorization codes, click The Add icon. Add Authorization Code(s) again.

 

Edit an Existing Authorization Code

 

You can edit exiting authorization codes.

 

To edit an authorization code

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group List page appears.
  2. Click the group's name. The Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  4. In the Dial Restrictions tile, click Manage Authorization Codes. The Manage Authorization Codes view appears.
  5. Find the authorization code you want to edit. For more information, see Search for Authorization Codes.
  6. To the right of the authorization code name, under Actions, click the Edit icon The Edit icon.. The code opens in Edit mode.
  7. Under Code, edit the code value. The code must be between 2 and 14 digits long and unique within the group.
  8. Under Description, edit the authorization code description.
  9. Click the Save icon The Save icon..

 

Delete an Authorization Code

 

You can delete any authorization code.

 

To delete an authorization code

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group List page appears.
  2. Click the group's name. The Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  4. In the Dial Restrictions tile, click Manage Authorization Codes. The Manage Authorization Codes page opens.
  5. Find the authorization code you want to delete. For more information, see Search for Authorization Codes.
  6. Under Actions, click the Delete icon The Delete icon.. A Confirm Delete message opens.
  7. Click Yes, Delete. The authorization code is removed.
