Assign Users


As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you'll want to keep your system up-to-date with staff turnover or shifts in policy. From the Customer Portal, you can easily reassign (move) users from the call routing scheme you're viewing to another, or you can assign (import) users from other trunk call routing schemes to the one you're viewing.

 

Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to edit trunk call routing schemes.

Reassign Users

 

You can reassign (move) users from the trunk call routing scheme you're currently viewing to another scheme.

 

To reassign users from the trunk call routing scheme you're viewing to another

  1. Open to the Trunk Call Routing List page by doing one of these things:

     

    • In the Trunk Call Routing Search tile of the Customer Portal home page, click View all Trunk Call Routing. The Trunk Call Routing List page appears.
    • From any Customer Portal page, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Trunk Call Routing immediately below.
  2. Click the name of the trunk call routing scheme. The Trunk Call Routing Details page appears.
  3. Click the Assigned User(s) tab. The trunk call routing users list appears.
  4. Click Reassign Users. The page appears in Reassign mode.
  5. To the right of Reassign to Trunk Call Routing at the top of the page, click Find Name. The Find Trunk Call Routing window opens.
  6. Select a trunk call routing scheme by clicking the Select icon The Select icon. to the right of the trunk call routing's name. The Find Trunk Call Routing window closes.
  7. Select users to reassign to the new trunk call routing scheme by doing one of these things:

     

    • To select all users from the trunk call routing scheme you're viewing, check the box at the top of the Users list A checkbox.. For other actions, click the downward arrow and select Select Current Page, Select All Pages, or Clear Selection(s).
    • Search or browse the list to find specific users. To add a user to the reassign list, check the box at the left of the person's name.
  8. Click Save. Users are reassigned to the new trunk call routing scheme.

To see the reassignment results, do one of these things:

  • From the confirmation message, click the TCR Reassignment Results link.
  • In the Quick Links tile, click View Reassign Results.

 

Assign Users

 

You can assign (import) users from other trunk call routing schemes to the trunk call routing scheme you're currently viewing.

 

To assign users from other trunk call routing schemes to the one you're viewing

  1. Open to the Trunk Call Routing List page by doing one of these things:

     

    • In the Trunk Call Routing Search tile of the Customer Portal home page, click View all Trunk Call Routing. The Trunk Call Routing List page appears.
    • From any Customer Portal page, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Trunk Call Routing immediately below.
  2. Click the name of the trunk call routing scheme that has the users you want. The Trunk Call Routing Details page appears.
  3. Click the Assigned User(s) tab. The trunk call routing users list appears.
  4. Directly below the Search button, click Assign User(s). The Assign Users window opens.
  5. Select users to assign to this trunk call routing scheme by doing one of these things:

     

    • To select all users, check the box at the top of the Users list A checkbox.. For other actions, click the downward arrow and select Select Current Page, Select All Pages, or Clear Selection(s).
    • Search or browse the list to find specific users. To add a user to the Assign list, check the box at the left of the person's name.
  6. Click Assign. Users are assigned to the trunk call routing scheme that's currently open.
  7. To see the assignment results, do one of these things:

     

    • From the confirmation message, click the TCR Ressignment Results link.
    • In the Quick Links tile, click View Reassign Results.
