View and Manage Group Users
As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can manage the users of a group individually or in bulk.

Find a Group User
To find a particular group user, you can search for the user by first name, last name, public number, or extension. Search from the Users List page or from the Group Users tab on a Group Details page.

Download a List of Users in a Group
You can download a spreadsheet containing the names and ID numbers of all the users in a particular group.

Manage a Group's Users in Bulk
You can manage the following features for a group's users all together, in bulk:

- Authorization codes
- Dial restrictions
- Trunk call routing reassignment results
