Overview

 

As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can view trunk call routing schemes. From an individual Trunk Call Routing page, you can view trunk call routing details, including assigned group trunk groups and assigned users. You can delete the trunk call routing scheme or reassign users to and from the trunk call routing scheme.

 

Note: you must have the appropriate permissions to view and/or edit trunk call routing schemes.

To open a Trunk Call Routing Details page

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Trunk Call Routing immediately below. The Trunk Call Routing List page appears.
  2. Click the name of the trunk call routing scheme you want to edit. The Trunk Call Routing Details page appears.

Details Tab

 

From the Details tab, you can view and edit a trunk call routing's information, including the trunk call routing name, the routing algorithm, the maximum number of re-routes, and the route exhaust.

Assigned Group Trunk Groups Tab

 

From the Assigned Group Trunk Group tab, you can search for and view group trunk groups. You can also assign and unassign group trunk groups to and from trunk call routing schemes.

From the Assigned User(s) tab, you can search and browse for users, and reassign users from one trunk call routing scheme to another.
