Overview

 

From a User Details page, you can manage that user's inbound and outbound call features, call logs, profile, and schedules.

 

To go to a User Details page:

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click USER MANAGEMENT in the menu bar. The Users List page opens.
  2. Search or browse for users, and click a user's first or last name. The User Details page opens.

Inbound Features Tab

 

From the Inbound Features tab, you can view and edit inbound call features for the user. You can make a call feature available or unavailable to the user, and you can edit the call feature's selective criteria.

Outbound Features Tab

 

From the Outbound Features tab, you can view and edit the user's account codes and dial restrictions.

Mobility Features Tab

 

From the Mobility Features tab, you can edit the user's mobile client status. Set this status as Enabled to allow the user to access the mobile client from their mobile device.

Call Logs Tab

 

From the Call Logs tab, you can view the user's last 1,000 logged calls. You can browse through the call list and sort the calls by Type, Date, Time, From/To, and Phone Number.

Profile Tab

 

From the Profile tab, you can view and edit the user's profile information. A user's Profile tab is also where you can grant and revoke access to the Customer Portal.

Schedules Tab

 

From the Schedules tab, you can search and browse for schedules, and you can view, edit, create, and delete schedules and events for the user.
