Delete Events


As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can view, edit, add, and delete events in any schedule. This topic describes viewing, editing, or deleting events. For information about adding a new event, see Create an Event.

 

 

View Events

 

You can view the events in any schedule.

 

To view events

  1. Open an enterprise-, group-, or user-level Schedule List page:
    • From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Enterprise immediately below. The Enterprise page appears.
    • From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group List page appears. Click a group name. The Group Details page appears.
    • From any page in the Customer Portal, click USER MANAGEMENT in the main menu bar. The Users List page appears. Click a user's first or last name. The User Details page appears.
  2. Click the Schedules tab. The Schedules List page appears.
  3. Search or browse for the schedule you want to work with. To view schedule details, click the schedule's name. The Schedule Details page appears.
  4. To view event details, in the Events tile on the Schedule Details page, click an event's name.

 

 

Edit an Event

 

You edit events in a schedule one at a time.

 

To edit an event

  1. Open an enterprise-, group-, or user-level schedule. (See View Events, above.)
  2. Events are listed in the Events tile. To the right of the edit you want to edit, under Actions, click the Edit icon The Edit icon.. The event appears in Edit mode.
  3. Edit the initial event, which is the template for all recurring events. You can edit:
    • The event's name.
    • The event's start and end dates.

       

      Note: Enter a date or, at the right of the Start Date and End Date fields, click the Calendar icon The Calendar icon. and select a date.

       

    • Whether the event is an all day event.
    • The event's start and end time.
  4. Edit how often the event will recur. From the Recurrence drop-down list, select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
  5. Edit the recurrence and recurrence end details. These options vary depending on whether you've selected Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

  6. Click Save.

 

Delete an Event

 

You can delete events from a schedule without deleting the schedule.

 

Caution: Deleting an event removes it permanently. You cannot recover a deleted event.

 

To delete an event

  1. Open an enterprise-, group-, or user-level schedule. (See View Events, above.)
  2. The Schedule Details page appears. Events appear in the Events tile. To delete an event, do one of these things:
    • To the right of an event name, click the Delete icon The Delete icon..
    • Click the event name. The Event Details page opens. At the top of the page, click Delete.
  3. A Confirm Delete window opens. Click Yes, Delete. The event is deleted from this schedule.

     

    Caution: Deleting an event removes it permanently. You cannot recover a deleted event.
