Customers can purchase AT&T Conferencing with Zoom either under a cost per minute (CPM) model or individual user license model.
Zoom Meetings are sized 100, 200, 300, 500, or 1,000. The number indicates the cap on total number of participants who can attend a single meeting. To meet the needs of larger meetings, consider Zoom webinars which can handle up to 10,000+ participants.
Zoom Meetings 100 should meet your everyday conferencing needs with Zoom Webinars 500 meeting your larger meeting needs.
There are two billable components: A video/web conferencing license that is billed under a cost per minute (CPM) or individual user model, and global audio conferencing that is billed under a CPM or Flat Rate model.
The service features high definition video, web sharing, on-net and off-net global audio conferencing, instant messaging/chat, presence, unlimited free cloud recording of meetings (video, audio, shared material) and transcription services.
There is an app but it does not need to be pre-installed. When invited to a meeting via a URL link, you will get a prompt to download the app when you click on the link.

Customers that already have AT&T audio conferencing can keep their same phone numbers and access codes. AT&T audio credentials will automatically appear in Zoom meeting invitations.
