How do I make and receive phone calls?
Your team can call and collaborate with your internal and external customers using highly secure, global, business-quality voice. You will have access to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and the ability to connect your existing private branch exchange (PBX).
Do I have to connect and manage the cloud SBC myself?
No. We don’t want you having to worry about that, so management of the cloud SBC is bundled into the solution.
What about my existing PBX?
No matter what your enterprise premise configuration might be, we can help you simplify your onboarding experience and use your existing PBX or other assets you may have.
Can I keep my AT&T SIP trunking solution?
