The RHC program requires that you use the correct SPIN on your Form 462/466 Applications. AT&T has multiple SPINs based on the specific States and Services.
To ensure correct SPIN identification on your RHC forms, you must know the specific name of the AT&T services for which you will or have applied for RHC funding. Please refer to your Contracts, Bills you receive for the service and Customer Service Records (CSR) which can help you in determining your specific service before selecting a Region below.

If a SPIN change is required, RHC rules require that SPIN Changes be submitted to USAC no later than the Service Delivery deadline for the FRN.
The RECO (Rural Healthcare, E-Rate/ECF, California Teleconnect Fund, Oklahoma Universal Service Fund) group processes RHC program disbursements for our customers.
