Ricardo Lizarralde Ruiz, President, AT&T Business International

Ricardo is a dynamic and results-oriented executive. He has over 30 years of international experience, leading business transformation, sales strategy, and cross-functional teams across the telecommunications and IT sectors.

Today, he heads global account solutions as president of AT&T Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He oversees a multinational organization and operations, spanning 47 countries and 798 employees worldwide, and a revenue portfolio exceeding $1.2B (2024 data).

Since landing with AT&T in 2001, he has held various management positions in wholesale and retail sales organizations. Before joining AT&T, Ricardo headed sales, business development, and marketing positions for Broadnet and France Telecom, previously holding technology and IT-systems roles for Decathlon in France and Spain.

His strong values of resilience, balance, and mental clarity are key elements in his current role as president, establishing a proven track record in growing revenues, building high-performance and cross-functional teams, and delivering operational excellence for multinational corporations.

As a native of Valladolid, Spain, Ricardo graduated from the Universidad de Valladolid with a degree in physics, completing his executive education in Business Management at CESMA Business School. His personal interest in history and exploring new cultures through travel and reading has contributed to his fluency in Spanish, English, and French. Outside the professional sphere, Ricardo is deeply committed to his family, with whom he enjoys practicing outdoor activities such as hiking, diving, and skiing, as well as other cultural activities that his current home of Madrid has to offer.

Arun Karna, Managing Director & CEO, AT&T Global Network Services India Pvt. Ltd.

Arun is a highly experienced technology business leader with more than 36 years of experience in the Telecom and IT industries. He has been with AT&T for more than 25 years, and is currently the Managing Director & CEO of AT&T Global Network Services India Pvt. Ltd. He is also SCVP India, ASEAN, Middle East, and Africa, AT&T Business international.

Since October of 2024, Arun has been an Executive Council Member at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, and is currently Convenor, CII Delhi State Technology Panel. Additionally, he is a Council Member at the North Region Council, NASSCOM. He has recently been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Indo-U.S. Trade Relations Committee at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

Arun is passionate about the industry-academia connection and serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of Chandigarh University. He is also an Academic Council Member at JECRC, Jaipur, and an Industry Mentor at New Delhi Institute of Management.

In his previous assignments, he has worked with well-known brands such as HCL/HP, Modi Olivetti, and BT.

Arun is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, an extremely effective coach and mentor of teams, and is adept at providing leadership in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Daniel Boneham, Sales Center Vice President, North EMEA, AT&T Business international

Dan Boneham has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, joining AT&T in 1999 and serving in various roles across the company.

Dan is responsible for the sales community across Northern Europe, overseeing the acquisition, retention, and management of our global accounts. He’s held a variety of roles in sales leadership and general management and brings a wealth of technology expertise and global experience to the table.

Dan holds an Honors Degree in Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK, and when not at work, he enjoys Hyrox and general outdoor pursuits.

Dan lives in the UK with his wife, Anna, and their children, Oliver and Isabel.

Johnny Ng, Sales Center Vice President, North Asia and ANZ, AT&T Business international

Johnny Ng was appointed Sales Center Vice President for North Asia and ANZ in June 2025. He leads sales and business strategy across Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and previously headed AT&T’s North Asia Sales organization.

With deep telecom finance and management experience, Ng served as AT&T Asia Pacific CFO before moving into sales management in 2010, supporting regional sales and operations and advising on operating models and complex, regulated-market deals. He also helped lead the transition of Asia Pacific back-end support functions from IBM to AT&T following IBM’s Global Network operations acquisition in 1999.

Ng has served on the board of Shanghai Symphony Telecom Co., Ltd. since 2006. He joined AT&T in 1995 after finance and business roles at NCR in Hong Kong and China. He holds an MBA from The University of Western Ontario and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Cecelia Pollo Gomez, Sales Center Vice President, South EMEA, AT&T Business international

Cecilia is Sales Center Vice President for EMEA South, leading a multi-country sales organization and driving sales and business strategy across France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Middle East, and Africa.

A forward-thinking leader with 30+ years in the IT industry across sales and procurement, she delivers results through strategic relationships, scalable growth, and an innovative, productivity-focused mindset. Over 18 years at AT&T, she has held roles including Director of Remote Sales International, Director of Sales, Wholesale Strategic Sales Manager, and Global Access Manager, and previously worked in sales, procurement, and technical positions at Interoute and Alcatel.

Cecilia holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Polytechnical University of Madrid and a master's in psychology of Coaching from UNED University of Madrid.

A native of Spain based in Madrid, she enjoys travel, reading, sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Fabiano Del Soldato, Sales Center Vice President, Canada and Latin America, AT&T Business International

Fabiano Del Soldato is Vice President for Canada and Latin America within AT&T Business international. He leads the regional sales organization across Canada, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil, with a focus on revenue growth, pipeline (funnel) management, and customer satisfaction.

Previously, he served as Sales Vice President for Latin America. With 27+ years at AT&T (and Concert), he has held roles including marketing assistant, regional account director, and Director of Sales, and has led teams, delivering digital transformation for global accounts across next-generation networking, cybersecurity, IoT, consulting, hosting, and cloud transformation.

Fabiano lived in the U.S. for five years and earned a B.B.A. (minor in Marketing) from Culver-Stockton College in 1998. He lives in São Paulo, Brazil, with his family and enjoys sports, business committees, and family activities.
