AT&T Switch Assist is available to qualified business customers who activate a minimum of 20 new or additional smartphone lines of service with AT&T while switching wireless service from another carrier. Switch Assist service is limited to locations within the United States and includes up to eight hours of porting support as well as agreed to: project management and timelines for deliverables; device, accessory, and application onboarding. AT&T coordinates porting of existing numbers to AT&T, ships the newly deployed AT&T devices to customer, and confirms completion of deliverables as defined in the project scope.
