AT&T Protect Advantage for Business is a single plan purchased to cover a single eligible device active on an enrolled AT&T mobile device number.
AT&T Protect Advantage for Business Multi-device is a single plan that offers coverage for multiple devices and different types of devices. Only one of the devices needs to be active on an enrolled AT&T mobile device number with a postpaid monthly voice or data plan. This option may be ideal to protect multiple connected smartphones and non-connected tablets. This multi-device plan gives customers the flexibility to file claims on up to 4, 11, or 16 eligible devices. Maximum number of covered devices is determined by the tier of coverage you enroll in.

AT&T Protect Advantage for Business Multi-Device also covers non-connected (e.g. Wi-Fi only) tablets.

You must enroll within 30 days of new device activation, device upgrade, or during an AT&T open enrollment period. You can switch your already-enrolled device.
First, select your coverage on up to 4, 11, or 16 eligible devices. Your primary connected device is automatically registered at the time of enrollment but your additional devices are covered and registered later when you file a claim.
Each approved claim requires a deductible or service fee. The deductibles or service fees depend on your device, claim type, and the plan terms and conditions.

Protect Advantage for Business is a combination of Protect Insurance for Business, Protect Service Contract for Business, and ProTech for Business. Protect Advantage for Business Multi-Device is a combination of Protect Insurance for Business Multi-device, Protect Service Contract for Business Multi-device, and ProTech for Business. Protect Insurance for Business and Protect Insurance for Business Multi-device are underwritten by Continental Casualty Company, a CNA Company (CNA), Chicago, IL, and administered by Asurion Protection Services, LLC (In Iowa, Lic. #1001002300; in California, Asurion Protection Services Insurance Agency, LLC, CA Lic. #OD63161; and in Puerto Rico, Asurion Protection Services of Puerto Rico, Inc.), a licensed agent of CNA. Protect Service Contract for Business and Protect Insurance for Business Multi-device are provided by Asurion Warranty Protection Services, LLC, or one of its affiliates. Protect Advantage for Business plans include a service contract that is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller, and does not extend the term of any original product or service warranty that the manufacturer, importer, or seller may have provided.
1Unlimited screen and back glass repairs: Select devices are eligible for repair. Visit phoneclaim.com/att for current list of eligible devices. Repairs are available in select locations, based upon parts and technician availability, and other criteria. If a device requires multiple types of repair, for example, cracked screen and back glass repair, the device must qualify as an eligible device for each of the needed repairs, or the device will be replaced (replacement deductible or service fee applies). Same-day repair option depends upon claim approval time, part, and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts; may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts; and may void the manufacturer warranty.
2Same-day replacement: Available for select devices in select areas and is subject to parts and technician availability. For same-day delivery, claims must be filed and approved by 4 p.m. For same-day pickup, claims must be filed and approved by 5 p.m. Eligibility is determined at time of claim approval and is contingent on certain criteria.
3Unlimited battery replacements: Available for eligible wireless phones outside of manufacturer’s warranty period that power on but fail to hold an adequate charge after ProTech diagnostic testing. Available for select devices in select areas.
4The device must be able to connect to a network and have access to cloud or data storage. Data recovery results are limited and not guaranteed.
