Entry level plan: Includes unlimited texts; access to web, desktop, phone and tablet apps; and importing of contacts.



Productivity plan: Includes all Basic features and rich productivity tools - customizable signature; 1 auto reply message; scheduled texting; and group texts.



The team plan: Includes all Standard features and the option to add additional users for $25/user/mo. Includes Collaboration tools allow you to see which team member is working an issue; unlimited auto reply messages and 5 keywords.

Features Details
Browser or app access  Access messages with your browser, mobile app (Android and iOS) and desktop app (Windows and Apple).
Customizable signature Add a short, personal message to each outbound text messages with the Standard and Premium pricing options. 
Scheduled texting Schedule when your messages will be sent and free up time in your day. With the  Standard and Premium packages, you can schedule and send texts to one or multiple recipients. 
Group texting Create and name a group of up to 50 contacts for easy distribution. And don’t worry about the dreaded “reply all” - recipients won’t see who else the message was sent to.
Keywords  Give your customers instant access to business links or other information when they send a keyword to your business number.
Additional users Add additional users (add’l cost) to help manage customer or team communications. All messages are tagged with user information for visibility and accountability. Premium package required.
