Smartphones must be activated on an AT&T Business wireless account. Applies to devices activated on installment, 2- or 3-year contract, full MSRP, and BYOD. Service for line must also be cancelled, exchanged devices are not included. Returned devices must be received in good working condition.
No. The 30-day risk-free policy is only offered within 30 days of activation.
Any applicable restocking fees will be waived. A full refund will be issued for all applicable service charges, features, taxes, and fees. Refunds may take two to three bill periods.
Returns and cancellations can be done at any AT&T retail location or by calling 1.800.331.0500 and returning your smartphones via mail.
Service charges, fees, and taxes for the internet connection being disconnected will be waived or cancelled within two to three billing period. For AT&T Business Fiber, additional costs beyond standard installation, (e.g. inside wiring, and special construction charges) are not included. VoIP charges are also not included under the 30-day risk-free policy.
All AT&T Business Fiber equipment must be returned within 21 days following service cancellation or will be subject to non-returned equipment fee(s). $150 for the Wi-Fi Gateway, plus $65 for each Wi-Fi extender.
Call 1.800.321.2000 within 30 days of installation. Equipment returns can be done via mail or dropped off at a UPS store with your billing account number.
