How to enroll

  1. Use your existing MDM solution or purchase and install a mobile device management solution from an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) provider supporting device-owner mode.*
  2.  Enroll in the Knox Mobile Enrollment program for Samsung devices.
  3. Configure network and device software security settings.
  4. Enroll in the AT&T Device Enrollment Enablement Program.
  5. Purchase any supported Samsung device (running Knox 2.4 or higher).
  6. On first boot, devices check for enterprise configuration and automatically configure themselves based on their assigned profiles.
  7. The user gets a device that is set up, highly secure, and ready for work right out of the box.
