AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Department Administrator Support

Manage Authorization Code Status for Users

As a Department Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can manage the authorization code status for individual users in your department. You can allow or block certain types of outgoing calls or require the user to enter an authorization code when making calls. (To be valid, the authorization code must come from the list of codes provisioned for the group.) See About Authorization Codes and About Dial Restrictions.

To view and edit a user's authorization code status, you must first access the user's Dial Restrictions page.

Note: To view authorization code call data, run the Authorization Code Summary Report.
