Search for and View Trunk Call Routing Schemes

 

As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can search and browse for trunk call routing schemes. To view a trunk call routing scheme's information, click its name.

 

Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to view trunk call routing schemes.

To search or browse for trunk call routing schemes

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.
  2. Click the Group Trunk Group name. The Group Trunk Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Associated Trunk Call Routing tab. The Trunk Call Routing List page appears.
  4. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow (The Search arrow.) to open it.
  5. From the Search By dropdown list, select Trunk Call Routing Name or Routing Algorithm.
  6. From the Condition dropdown list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
  7. In the Value search field, enter a search term.
  8. Click Search.

To browse for trunk call routing schemes, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box to the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon (The arrow.) on the right.
