Search for and View Account Codes

 

Within the group you manage, you can search for and view specific account codes, and then edit or delete them.

 

To search for and view account codes

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group page appears.
  2. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  3. In the Account Codes tile, click Manage Account Codes. The Manage Account Codes page appears.
  4. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow icon (The Search arrow.) to open it.
  5. From the Search By dropdown list, select Code or Description.
  6. From the Condition dropdown list, select Contains, Equal To, or Starts With.
  7. In the Value search field, enter a search term.
  8. Click Search. To browse results for account codes, scroll or page through the list.

To browse for account codes, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon (Goto icon.) on the right.
