View and Search for Public Number Ranges

 

As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can view and search for public number ranges and their corresponding departments. With the public number range lists, you can quickly see which public numbers correspond to which departments or users in your group.

 

You can also download a list of the public number ranges in your group.

 

To view the list of public number ranges for your group

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group, immediately below. The Group Details page appears.
  2. Click the Public Number Ranges tab. The Public Number Ranges view of the Group Details page appears.

 

From the Public Number Ranges view, you can expand the public number ranges to see all the numbers in that range, access the department associated to each public number range, and access the user associated with each public number.

 

  1. In the Public Number Ranges column, click the Expand icon (Expand icon.) on the left and select the View User link (available only for phone numbers with users assigned). The full list of numbers in the public number range appears.
  2. To go to the Department Details page, click the department name.
  3. When the public number range is expanded, view details by clicking the number. The User Details page appears.

 

To search the list of public number ranges for your group

  1. Go to the Public Number Ranges view of the Group Details page.
  2. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow icon (The Search arrow.) to open it. Notice that the Search By dropdown list is automatically set to Public Number.
  3. From the Condition dropdown list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
  4. In the Value search field, enter a number between 1 and 10 digits long.
  5. Click Search.

 

To browse for public number ranges, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers and click the arrow icon (Goto icon.) on the right.

 

To view the list of public number ranges for a specific department

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Department, immediately below. The Department List page appears.
  2. Click a department name. The Department Details page appears.
  3. Click the Public Number Ranges tab. The Public Number Ranges view of the Department Details page appears.

 

From the Public Number Ranges view, you can expand the public number ranges to see all the numbers in that range and access the user associated with each public number.

 

  1. In the Public Number Ranges column, click the expand icon (Expand icon.) on the left and select the View User link (available only for phone numbers with users assigned). The full list of numbers in the public number range appears.
