Call Transfer/Forward Report
The Call Transfer/Forward Report provides details about transferred and forwarded calls. The report includes the following:
- Number from which the call was transferred or forwarded
- Name of the person who initiated the transfer or forward
- Service location of the person who initiated the transfer or forward
- Number of the call being transferred or forwarded
- Action type (transferred or forwarded)
- Destination number
- Date
- Time (in the time zone you specify)
- Call duration (seconds)
- Call-type indicator (inbound or outbound--forwards are always inbound calls)
To run a Call Transfer/Forward Report
- Open the AT&T Voice DNA® Administrator Dashboard. (For help with logging in, see Log In.)
- At the top of the page, click REPORTS.
- On the Reports page that appears, under Service Usage, click Call Transfer/Forward Report. The Call Transfer/Forward Report page appears.
- Specify the report’s time frame:
- For one day, select Single Day.
- For a range of days, select Date Range and enter the dates in the format shown, or click the Calendar and select beginning and ending dates.
- From the Time Zone list, select the time zone in which you want the report times displayed.
- Specify the Transfer/Forward Initiator locations, and the extensions you want included in the report:
- To include all transfer and forward locations and all extensions, select All Extensions in the company.
- To include specific transfer and forward locations, select Extensions in selected locations, and then check the locations you want to include in the report.
- To include all extensions at the selected locations, select All extensions in selected locations.
- To include only a specific extension or range of extensions, select Single extensions/range. Then enter the extension or range in the fields.
- Specify the Transfer/Forward Destination location you want to include in the report.
- Click Generate Report, and, in the File Download window that opens, click Open to view the results in your spreadsheet application, or click Save to save the results as a text file on your computer.
