Because NumberSync is available on compatible devices, it is available for use by your CRUs unless otherwise blocked by you (or another authorized order placer for your company). To block an individual CRU from enabling NumberSync for Apple on his/her compatible iPhone (which will block any “twinning” with a qualified secondary Apple device for the purpose of making and receiving calls on the secondary device using the iPhone’s cellular telephone number), you can request a blocking feature to be added to the CRU line either at the time of purchase or you can add the feature yourself at a later date using the account management tools available through Premier Online Care. If, however, you desire to block NumberSync for all of your CRU lines, then you should contact your AT&T sales representative or AT&T Customer Care at 800-331-0500 to request application of the appropriate blocking feature at the foundation or billing account level.
