The 28th Annual Retail Technology Study conducted a survey of 90 retail company decision-makers, many of them at vice-president levels or higher, to discover what emerging technologies will be the focus of their 2019-2020 plans. Researchers analyzed and segmented the data into seven technology groups: Store Technologies, Point of Sale (POS)/Checkout, Analytics, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Workforce Management, and E-Commerce.
