AT&T and Artis Consulting create award-winning AT&T Asset Management Operations Center (AMOC) with Microsoft Azure

One innovative product AT&T designed in collaboration with other company relationships is the AT&T Asset Management Operations Center (AMOC), developed in collaboration with Artis Consulting and Microsoft Azure. AT&T AMOC solves a distinct business problem in today’s landscape: 24/7 asset management and critical operations visibility.

Asset management is a key ingredient of a successful supply chain and smooth operations. The power to see, understand, use, and deploy valuable assets is a difference maker when it matters most. With AT&T AMOC, companies can monitor, manage, and analyze data from IoT-connected devices in near-real-time on one customizable dashboard.

Says Chris Penrose, President IoT Solutions, AT&T, "AT&T is committed to giving our enterprise customers the tools, platforms, and the connectivity they need to more securely manage their IoT assets. AT&T and Microsoft have a long-standing relationship, and we're pleased to once again team with them through the AT&T Asset Management Operations Center to deliver a flexible solution to help address our customers' current and future IoT needs."

AT&T AMOC is a horizontal solution applicable across multiple industries, including manufacturing, transportation/logistics, retail, healthcare, and the public sector. AT&T AMOC provides a customizable, client-ready solution, enabling organizations to track, monitor, and manage multiple assets from a centralized user interface for multiple use cases. The solution simplifies customers’ IoT implementations, provides visibility of mobile assets from different vendors on a single dashboard and helps improve overall operational efficiencies. AT&T AMOC can also help improve customer service, reduce losses, and create additional revenue streams.

Collaboration drives innovation

The relationship between AT&T and Microsoft brought together AT&T’s market leading IoT services with Microsoft’s Azure cloud services to make the opportunity a reality. AT&T AMOC is built on the AT&T IoT DataFlow platform and hosted in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud. Artis Consulting also played a key role in helping accelerate the delivery of the product at a reasonable cost. Artis Consulting’s deep expertise across the Azure platform provided the foundation for a higher quality product.

“Working with Artis Consulting unlocked expertise across the Azure platform to build a higher quality product and get to market faster,” says Mobeen Khan, AVP Product Marketing Management.
