Frost & Sullivan recently recognized AT&T with their 2018 North American Customer Value Leadership Award in the healthcare market.
The renowned market research and consulting firm evaluated several information and communication technology (ICT) providers active across the healthcare market. Assessing these providers on 16 variables, the firm could evaluate vendors and offerings and assign a score based on the probability of successful integration within healthcare facilities. AT&T scored an 8.3 out of 10 and ranked first among competing ICT providers.
