AT&T Wholesale Roaming Service provides dial-up Internet access and IP backbone connectivity using the AT&T IP dial-up network. Wholesale customers are able to expand the global reach of their IP Dial offerings by using this service to augment their networks.

This remote dial network access service is competitively priced, offering three custom feature options:

• Wholesale Internet Dial:  offers dial-up remote access, IP backbone connectivity and transport to the Internet.
  
• Wholesale Secure Dial Basic:  offers dial-up remote access, IP backbone connectivity and transport using dedicated egress to a customer-provided intranet. 
  
• Wholesale Secure Dial Premium:  offers dial-up remote access, IP backbone connectivity and transport using Frame Relay egress to a customer provided intranet.
  

AT&T Wholesale Roaming Service custom phone lists are updated periodically. The same Account IDs, Customer IDs and Passwords are supported globally. Customer-provided requirements include RADIUS authentication, dedicated access, back office functions, client software, branding, security, domain name(s) and Tier 1 Support.

This service is a custom offer available on an individual case basis. AT&T Wholesale Roaming Service can work in conjunction with Global Managed Internet Service and Packet services.
