Toll-Free Advanced Features

It's easier than ever to create a toll-free dynamic call-handling infrastructure. AT&T's Toll-Free Advanced Features are available on most AT&T Toll-Free offers. These features allow you to:

  • Create custom announcements for your callers
  • Resolve call-handling problems quickly and effectively by load balancing between your contact centers
  • Requires no special equipment – the technology within the AT&T network does it all

Routing Features - AT&T's Routing features are implemented through network-based technology that enhances customer service with improved call handling. They provide for effective management across multiple locations, and improved productivity by leveraging resources across time zones.

Announcement Features - AT&T's Announcement features provide information to help callers reach the right destination, with friendly, professionally-recorded messages. This feature can also deliver courtesy announcements to keep callers informed of call status, wait times and other information.

Redirection Features - AT&T's Redirection features provide for the transfer of callers to alternate locations, inside or outside your business. These features support the concept of “customer ownership” by letting the contact center serve as a touch point for multiple customer interactions.

Control Features - AT&T's Control features provide direct management of various toll-free service parameters, and can even support the creation and scheduling of new routing plans. These features provide you a high degree of engagement by giving you the ability to monitor your toll-free services and, if needed, make adjustments "on the fly."
