For qualified multi-national customers, AT&T offers a custom mobility management solution that provides end-to-end management of wireless services in supported countries. AT&T is currently managing lines of service for subscribers located in over 46 countries on all major continents with planned expansion into additional countries. The solution provides visibility into and increased control over the use and spending on wireless services in supported countries. The solution is capable of supporting the full spectrum of a customer's mobility management needs through multi-carrier management, standardized operations and consolidated reporting. These mobile management services combine to provide a solution that is resilient and flexible with respect to changes in business needs while helping to drive lower mobility transport costs. Global Mobile Management services include:

  • Carrier management including bid management, carrier evaluation, managed subscriber consolidation and ongoing carrier management
  • Standard operations for select mobility transactions and incidents
  • Effective enforcement of customer's corporate policies related to mobile services through centralized catalog management and an integrated approval process
  • Consolidated reporting and analysis through online tools that provide visibility and insight into the customer's global mobility environment
